Tour Plan
Day 1:
Arrival in Srinagar – Shikara Ride & Sunset Photography
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to a houseboat. Later, head for a tranquil Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Capture mesmerizing reflections and end your day with a golden hour shoot during sunset. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 2:
Srinagar – Mughal Gardens & Old City Exploration
Spend the day photographing the meticulously landscaped Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Explore the old city for street photography, wooden architecture, and vibrant bazaars. Sunset shots near Zabarwan Hills. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 3:
Srinagar to Gulmarg – Himalayan Landscapes
Drive to Gulmarg, famous for its alpine scenery. Stop along the way for landscape shots. Optional Gondola ride for panoramic views of snow-covered mountains. Perfect for wide-angle and drone photography. Overnight in Gulmarg.
Day 4:
Gulmarg to Pahalgam – Valley & River Views
Depart for Pahalgam, pausing for shots of rivers, pine forests, and local life. Visit Aru Valley and Betaab Valley for majestic mountain and meadow photography. Sunset shoot by Lidder River. Overnight in Pahalgam.
Day 5:
Pahalgam to Sonamarg – Golden Meadows & Glacier Views
Early morning transfer to Sonamarg, a haven for wide-angle landscape photography. Hike or take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier for dramatic icy frames. Golden hour captures of the meadows before returning to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 6:
Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport with your memory cards full and heart even fuller. Tour ends.
